The housing menu allows managing the placement of NPCs. The requirements for a player-selected Bed to work as a spawn point are similar to those for NPC housing, but weaker players do not need furniture beyond the Bed. NPCs can be moved from these to the player's structures using the housing menu.

Once initially found, each will require a suitable house before respawning.Ĭertain naturally-generated structures can serve as houses and may inadvertently attract NPCs if players have placed light sources within them.
